Who we are
MyImage2Life and GPT Printer are trade names of MijnEigenBoekje, a sole proprietorship of Edwin van Boven, Noordoostpolder, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce 98043498, VAT NL005305897B03. Email: [email protected].
What we keep and why
For an order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address (to print, deliver and keep you informed). For your design: what you upload or describe and the designs we make. In the chat: your messages, so the conversation can continue. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long
Uploads, designs, proofs and chats are deleted after 30 days. Order data is kept as long as needed for delivery and possible complaints, and for as long as tax law requires (7 years for bookkeeping, without your designs).
Who helps us
Stripe (payment), Cloudprinter and the print shop that makes your order (printing and shipping; they receive your name, address, phone and the print file), Microsoft Azure (hosting, storage and the AI that makes designs and answers chat messages; your data is not used to train AI), Replicate (sharpening images for print), Cloudflare (site security) and Azure Communication Services (email).
Cookies
We don't use cookies for advertising or tracking. The site only remembers, in your own browser, your conversation and whether you closed the language notice.
ChatGPT and Claude
If you order through ChatGPT or Claude, that service sees your conversation under its own privacy policy. We only receive what the order needs: your description or image, the product and the country. You enter your address only on Stripe's checkout page.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data and object to its use. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
