Who we are

How an order works
You choose a product, make or upload a design and see a print proof with the price. By clicking 'Order' you approve the proof and go to Stripe's checkout. Only after payment do we send your order to the print shop. We print what you saw on the proof; whatever is outside the trim line of the proof is cut off.
Price
The price you see is the price you pay, including shipping and (within the EU) VAT. For deliveries outside the EU your customs authority may charge import duties or VAT; these are not included. A quoted price is valid for 24 hours.
Delivery time
The delivery time we show is an estimate from the printer and carrier: production plus shipping, in working days.
Right of withdrawal
Your product is made especially for you to your design, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (EU Consumer Rights Directive, art. 16(c)). You can cancel as long as the order is not yet in production; email us as soon as possible.
Something wrong?
If your product is damaged, wrong or did not arrive, email us within 14 days of receipt (or of the expected delivery date) with a photo. We will reprint it or refund you. Small colour differences between screen and paper or fabric are normal and not a defect.
Your design
Only upload images you have the rights to. We do not print other people's brands, logos or characters, or content the law or the printer does not allow, and may refuse an order for that reason; you then get a full refund. Designs we make for you with AI are yours to use personally.
Liability and law
Our liability is limited to the amount of your order. These terms are governed by Dutch law; you keep the protection your own country's consumer law gives you.
