Your own text on canvas
A quote above the sofa, the name of your city with its coordinates, or words only you understand. Type them below and we turn them into a design on canvas, ready to hang.
Ideas for text on canvas
A place with coordinates
The name of your city, village or favourite holiday spot, with its coordinates underneath. Clean and modern.
A quote
A motto or a line from a song, large and uncluttered, for above the sofa or the bed.
Names and a date
Your names and wedding date, or your children's names with the years they were born.
House rules
A tongue-in-cheek list of house rules for the kitchen or hallway.
How it works
- 1 Type your textIn the box above. A few words or a few short lines look best on canvas.
- 2 Choose the styleClean, playful, classic or with a small drawing? Describe it, or leave it blank.
- 3 Check the proofYou'll see the design on the canvas, where it wraps around the frame, and the price including shipping. You only pay when you order.
Tips for a great result
- A few centimetres of the image wrap around the frame: keep your text away from the edge.
- Large, simple lettering is easy to read from across the room.
- Landscape suits one long line; portrait suits a quote on several lines.
- Check the spelling on the proof, especially names and dates.
Choose a size
Canvas stretched on a frame, from 30 x 30 cm up to a metre. Above a sofa, 60 x 90 or 70 x 100 cm works well; in a hallway, 30 x 40 or 40 x 40 cm.
Questions
Will my text appear exactly as I typed it?
Our AI draws your text letter by letter, and with short text that usually comes out right, but not always. Still, check it yourself: you'll see the design and the proof before you pay. If a letter is wrong, ask for a change or have it redrawn.
Can I add a photo?
Yes. Start with your photo on the canvas page and add your text in the "Text" field on the design screen.
Is it ready to hang?
Yes, if you choose the hanging kit. It arrives ready to go on the wall.
What happens to my text?
We only use your text for your design. It isn't public and isn't used to train AI. If you don't order, it's deleted after 30 days.
